Agreement Between USER and Piczonline

Piczonline services are offered to you conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein. Your use of Piczonline constitutes your agreement to all such terms, conditions, and notices.  Piczonline may change its terms of service from time to time.  It is your responsibility to keep updated by checking our website frequently for changes and to abide by these terms of service located at http://www.piczonline.com/tos.htm .  Your continued membership constitutes acceptance, unless cancelled according to the terms of service.

Member Account, Password, and Security
Membership is only open for use by adults 18 years of age or older. Minors are prohibited from creating or using any types of accounts with Piczonline.  You must complete the registration process by providing us with current, complete and accurate information as prompted by the applicable registration form. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account. Furthermore, you are entirely responsible for any and all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify Piczonline immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. You may not use anyone else's account at any time, or allow anyone to use your account.

Content and Uses
Pornography is strictly prohibited. On the Internet today many people have different opinions about what pornography is, as well as what is decent or indecent. Images of sexual conduct are not allowed. We reserve the right to decide what is suitable, and images which violate these terms may be deleted, as well as modify this list of allowed types. Users of Piczonline must agree to comply with all laws which apply to the United States, and their location, including copyright and trademark law. Images and files that violate copyrights or trademarks are not allowed. If someone has an infringement claim against you, you will be asked to remove the copyrighted file(s) until the issue is resolved.

Loss of Data
While Piczonline does make backups of data and makes all attempts at keeping the systems stable and reliable, as a user you must agree that Piczonline or and of its subsidiaries, employees, and affiliates are not liable for your data, loss of winning an auction, loss of personal information or credit card info due to computer break-in or any other reason, and makes no claims of future reliability in serving, hosting or storing your data other than stating that our servers have had a better than 99% uptime. Anytime you upload something to the internet, you should always keep a backup for yourself. User accounts are limited to one per person and must have a valid email address. Accounts with false email addresses will be deleted with no prior notice.

Termination/Access Restriction
Piczonline reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your access to any or all of Piczonline Site/Services and the related services or any portion thereof at any time, without notice. Piczonline may terminate the Services at any time, without notice. You accept this risk and waive any and all claims, of any nature whatsoever, associated with such termination of our services.

Piczonline at their option may also terminate or suspend your access to Piczonline for inactivity, which is defined as failing to log into a particular service for an extended period of time, as determined by Piczonline. The amount of time that Piczonline. currently considers as an "extended" period of time is 3 months. Upon termination of the Piczonline service, your right to use the Piczonline Service immediately ceases.

Privacy and Protection of Personal Information

Piczonline takes your privacy seriously. We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information. That also includes any information about you and your online activity with Piczonline.

Credit Card, Paypal and Other Billing Charges

By using our services and subscribe to our paid packages, you agree that all payments will be made through PayPal. You agree NOT to hold Piczonline liable for any wrong doing by PayPal or their associates. If there are any billing disputes, you agree to first contact Piczonline. Piczonline does not acquire, store, OR ask for your credit card.
